Leaving the Senigallia seashore, after 8.5 kilometres, upon a hill, you'll find the organic farm "Il Papavero".
The house is surrounded by a canopy, a garden and fields with olive trees. |
The restaurant, present in the Michelin guide, is on the ground floor. They make home-made pasta and use, when it's possible, the farm's produce.

The most precious farm produce is olive oil. Olives are picked by hand and pressed "a freddo" (a kind of cold working).
They make marmalades too, particularly strawberry marmalades. |
