It's in the open country, but near the ancient hamlet of Castiglioni, one of the "castles" of Arcevia. The water mill with stone walls dating back to the eighteenth century is now the place were the landlords live. An adjacent building, the former barn, had been transformed in a little residence for the guests. |

The residence is completely independent. On ground floor, there's a well equipped kitchen with table and sofa. A winding staircase leads to the upper floor, which is accessible also through an outer door facing the meadow surrounding the house. There is a wide double bedroom furnished in simple rural style, where a third person may stay. |

The residence may accommodate 3 adult people or 2 adults and 2 children. The minimum stay is one week. The swimming pool of a near restaurant (2 km) may be used for a fee. |
