It's inside a farm situated in the nature reserve Ripa Bianca, run by WWF, a few kilometres from Jesi. The typical nineteenth-century rural house, renovated without changing the original structure, offers single rooms and an apartment, everyone with bathroom and independent entrance.

There's a large hall with fireplace, wood-burning stove, dinner area and library. The furnishing is mainly made by beds and other period furniture.

It's possible to have dinner (for guests only). There's a swimming pool, too. The Adriatic Sea is about 20 kilometres far away.
