The main building, the "casa vecchia" (old house), was the residence of the farmers and their large families, and is still inside a farm. It's in the intensively cultivated river Aso valley, 5 kilometres from the Adriatic Sea.

There are bedrooms with private bathroom and television set and various kinds of apartments. The restaurant is run by the members of the family, and proposes the traditional local cooking.

A swimming pool, a riding ground with horses and some mountain bikes are at the guests' disposal.

It's possible to buy some farm produce: jams, preserves, honey, wine, olive oil, liqueurs, fruit and vegetables.
