It's in the open country, at an altitude of 450 metres, surrounded mainly by meadows and woods, not far from the Monti Sibillini National Park and about 40 minutes from the Adriatic Sea. In the ancient stone farmhouse, dating back to the fifteenth century and carefully restored, there are six bedrooms with bathroom and a little independent apartment. |

The bedrooms may sleep 2, 3 or 4. Each one has its bathroom and is furnished in simple rural style. |

Breakfast and meals are served in the air-conditioned dining room. If the weather is fine it's possible to dine outside in the balcony or in the garden. The dishes are the traditional and local ones and the ingredients are organic and coming from the surrounding territory, for the most part. |
A multifunctional room with TV, library and games is at the guests' disposal.
