The old farmhouse, restored preserving the characteristics of the ancient local country houses, is situated on a hill, 4 kilometres away from the sea, in the open country, viewing the surrounding fields till the Adriatic. It's inside a large farm with quality wine produce.

The house is divided into four apartments with independent access and car park. The guests' privacy is considered particularly important.

Every apartment has two or three bedrooms, sitting room-kitchen, bathroom and private veranda or terrace.

In the surrounding area there are various small restaurants serving a good local cooking.
