"Terre Vineate" is situated in panoramic position a few kilometres from the historic centre of Montalto delle Marche, viewing cultivated hills and mountains, inside a farm producing especially grapes for wine.

It's composed of two buildings made of stone, restored respecting the old architectural characteristics.

There are differently wide apartments with kitchen, and some independent rooms. They are furnished in rural style and one of the apartments is provided with air conditioner.
