It's a recently erected villa with garden, 1500 metres far from the Adriatic shore, viewing, through the country, the Mount Conero and the Loreto sanctuary.

It's furnished by period furniture and parquet floor and has independent entry and a garden. There's a room with a double bed and another with two single beds: every room has its own bathroom. A mini-bar, a personal computer and a barbecue in the garden in the summertime are at guests' disposal.

There's also a basement games room with kitchen, bathroom, garage and independent entry.

In the summer, the guests have breakfast in the garden; the breakfast consists mainly of sweets (jam tarts, biscuit, jam and more) made by the landlord, using fruit and natural products only.

It's possible to stay on an outhouse close to the seashore, an apartment with two double rooms, hall, kitchen, garage and other services.

Prices may vary from 40 to 75 euros, per two people per day, depending on the period.

Ancona Falconara airport, where it's possible to hire a car, is 35 Km far away.

The railway station of Porto Recanati is 1500 metres far.

Using a car, and getting out the tollgate Loreto-Porto Recanati of the motorway A14, proceed in direction of Porto Recanati for about 2 Km; got past the first houses of the town, turn right and go ahead for 1500 metres.
