It's at an altitude of 690 metres, having the ancient little town of San Ginesio behind and a wide panorama reaching the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains in front of it.

Three generations of the same family contribute to run the holiday farm. They offer accommodation in ten independent and differently sized apartments, with bathroom, kitchenette, veranda, television set and telephone, and the rates are particularly interesting.

The price is inclusive of breakfast and it happens sometimes to receive some free "extra", like salami or wine.
In the farm they produce quality pasta, salami, white and red wine, olive oil.
In the large room of the "Locanda della Fornarina" dinners, feasts or meetings take place.
