The ancient manor "Ca' Montioni" it's in very small hamlet placed on the slope facing south of a small valley, at an altitude of 510 metres, inside an active farm.

The hamlet and the house substantially conserve the ancient look and are surrounded mainly by woods.

There are lodgings, a restaurant and a wide camping site.

There are 7 rooms with bathroom, one of which is suitable for people with disabilities.

Two rooms (the "Suite Bianca" and the "Suite Rossa") are particularly large and richly furnished.

Besides, in the historic centre of Mercatello sul Metauro there's an apartment with kitchen, living room with a carved fireplace, bathroom with shower, TV and bedroom, sleeping 4 in all.

The cooking is based on the search and the reassessment of typical local dishes, prepared with genuine and selected ingredients.

It's possible to by a broad range of typical local produce.

The camping site (look at the site) may accept till 11 campers and there's electricity, drinkable water, toilets, showers, night lighting and a picnic area with barbecue.

A swimming pool with hydromassage and solarium is at the guests' disposal.
