It's in Valle di Teva, small hamlet of Monte Cerignone, inside the historical region of Montefeltro, not so far from Rimini and San Marino. The house is very ancient, and is partially made of the material of a previous castle. There are a shared hall, an independent apartment with kitchenette, and some rooms.

There's a little restaurant on ground floor. The cuisine is the local typical "marchignola" and employs the organic produce of the farm.

For people who wishes it, they practise the "Messaggio Corevedico", which is a combination of natural therapeutic techniques, composed of Ayurvedico and Korean massage together with Shiatzu and further methodologies.

The farm extends for 130 hectares, including fields, pastures and woods.
