It's in the open country, in sight of the town of Urbino, in a quiet hilly area inside an organic farm. They produce meat, cereals, grapes, fruit and vegetables which are used to make bread, pasta, sweets, jams, salami and wine and to prepare traditional local dishes. All rooms are acoustically and thermally insulated and heated with renewable energy. |

The rooms have bathroom with shower, little lounge, ceiling fan, fly screens, telephone, TV and safe. There are also two apartments for two people, with a little private garden. |

Besides breakfast, dinner is possible, but only on request.

There's also a covered riding ground, two open riding grounds and two stables, to give hospitality to the horses of the guests, too.
A swimming pool is at the guests' disposal.
