The house

It is located in the tiny ancient fortified hamlet of Pozzuolo, inside an organic farm, between the Adriatic Sea (20 km) and the first Apennine mountains.

Their agricultural activity is mainly cultivation of vegetables, fruit, olives and truffles.

The main building was renovated by the criteria of green building, is located at the top of the village and has a large private garden.

You can have, in addition to the bed and breakfast service, the half and full board ones.

Accommodation is offered in three rooms and an apartment. The furniture, the fabrics and the paddings are made with quality natural materials.
 

All rooms have double bed, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The room named TRE has also an extra little bed.

The room cleaning is carried out daily with change of the towels.

The apartment (the Mini Suite) has a private entrance, a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

In the large, modern kitchen they prepare dishes that are inspired by local tradition, making use, as far as possible, of the organic produce of the farm, served in the adjacent dining room.

A reading room is available to the guests.
In the basement there is a large cellar where they keep the farm produce (vegetables, fruits, salami, preserves, olive oil and wine).
