Valle del Metauro

It's in the Metauro valley, at the foot of the hill where the hamlet of Montemaggiore lies, 15 kilometres from the Adriatic Sea and 20 kilometres from the Apennines. Some buildings of the former family farm had been carefully restored trying to preserve the atmosphere of old. They offer accommodation in apartments and some interesting services. |

There are 12 apartments. Eight of them may sleep till four and the others till eight. Each one has independent access, private garden, air conditioning and TV. Inside there are ceilings with the beams showing and the furniture is in traditional style. Every apartment has a well equipped kitchen, sitting room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with hairdryer and shower. The largest apartments have a more double bedroom and a loft with a little sitting room and a little bedroom. |

In the restaurant they serve mainly typical traditional dishes. |
The hill behind the country house has been arranged with paths, rustic tables and chairs. There's a playground for children, and an area useful for the pets of the guests. Besides, there's a very large swimming pool, with a hydromassage pool. |

You feel like you are in the open country, but the house is not far from the Fano-Roma clearway. This allows you to easily reach the Adriatic Sea, the resorts of Marches and Umbria region.
