The dishes are mainly based on local products and the recipes are mainly inspired by tradition and vary in tune with the rhythms of nature.
On request, the restaurant can accommodate small meetings and / or conferences (maximum 80 people).
In the big garden they produce various kinds of vegetables and of soft fruit.
The soft fruits are also used in the production of jams and fruit juices marketed in the farm shop.
