When the saying "he who has bread has no sayings" comes to mind. Beautiful facility, unclassifiable service. Check-in at 3:30 PM, facility empty, but they arrived to open at 4 PM after we called them. At dinner, you can't even get up to take a photo and they've already taken your dishes away. Breakfast was set inside in the dark when they have a huge garden. During breakfast, we were interrupted to ask for the balance because the owner had to leave. We asked to use the pool and were told it wasn't available in the morning, so we were forced to leave and go to a pool 5 km away. Luckily we stayed one night; if you stay more than that, you'll need to be very sleepy because you can't use the pool before 4:30 PM. We're very sorry to have seen such a beautiful but poorly managed facility.

A stunning farmhouse, surrounded by nature and perfectly located for visiting the Frasassi Caves.
My son and I stayed in the Sughera apartment: independent, meticulously maintained, immaculately clean, with beautiful stone and wood finishes and a fully equipped kitchen. The large and well-maintained pool was a real plus, perfect for relaxing on hot summer days.

Collelago is a magnificant place. Collelago is silence. You only hear the birds and crickets. Collelago is friendly Luigia who takes such a good care of the rooms. Everything is so clean. Collelago is Edda and Christian... helpfull, friendly, hospitable hosts. They run their B&B with such a great passion. They can really be proud on theirselves!!

If your after peace and quiet, this hotel is ideal. Rooms are clean and suitable for an extended stay, fully equipped with kitchen shower seating and sleeping rooms. Staff are very polite and friendly, there is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds, free bike loan for exploring the local area, 45mins to the sea by bike on relatively flat roads. The restaurant serves a limited menu, but the food is of an excellent quality, and can de delivered to you room if you prefer. Free on site laundry facilities, large carpark and all is wheel chair accessible.

I stayed at Valle Nuova as a solo traveler in May 2026. I had been to Italy many times but not to the somewhat off-the-beaten track region of Le Marche. I chose Giulia’s organic farm as a place to stay for five nights while I recovered from jet lag and toured the nearby towns and countryside. From the very start, Giulia was a good communicator using WhatsApp, answering questions, and providing general information and directions.
I was met upon arrival and welcomed personally. Directions on how to use the heating system (it was still chilly) and other aspects of the apartment were pointed out to me. Best of all the refrigerator was stocked with basics including milk, yogurt, bread, butter, eggs, and apple juice. The last two were from the farm itself.
The nearby small town of Fermignano had all the services one might need on a visit to Italy like a good restaurant/pizzeria, coffee bars, butcher, grocery store, etc. Just a bit further, the city of Urbino had even more.
I know a lot of travelers these days are seeking the authentic and that is what you will find at Valle Nuova. You are embedded in a lush and hilly landscape that mixes trees, cultivated fields, and pastureland. There are also a range of “tourist sites” to drive to including castles, beaches, and noteworthy cultural cities. There is, however, none of the tourism crowding of Tuscany or Lazio. English was spoken but Italian is still what you mostly hear and I appreciated that locals allowed me to stumble along in my rudimentary Italian, speaking in English when necessary.
One of the highlights of my time was when Giulia took me out on a walk in the nearby countryside. When she learned I was interested in plants, she made another appointment so we could look at the several species of orchids in bloom. I have the feeling that no matter your interests, Giulia would take time to help you have a special experience.

This agriturismo is a little corner of paradise surrounded by nature! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a warm, genuine, and family atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The property is lovingly cared for down to the last detail, striking a perfect balance between tradition and modern comfort. I've been back twice, and the rooms have always been impeccable: spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with breathtaking views of the rolling Marche hills, truly inviting you to slow down and breathe. Making your stay even more special is the beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing on hot days or enjoying a delicious aperitif. For a unique experience, I discovered they also offer glamping, which allows you to experience the charm of camping in a refined way, amidst silence, stars, and breathtaking landscapes, without sacrificing comfortable beds and well-organized spaces. The honey (wow!), as well as the olive oil and spelt produced on site, are simply exceptional, a true expression of the local area. And during the lavender bloom, the landscape becomes even more evocative and fragrant, creating a truly unique atmosphere! The owners, Alessia and Fabio, deserve a special mention: wonderful people, always available, attentive, and passionate, capable of turning every stay into an unforgettable memory. The location is perfect: within easy reach of gems like Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto, Offida, and Ascoli Piceno, as well as many charming villages where you can enjoy divine cuisine. It's the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, nature, and authenticity, but also for those who want to discover the wonders of the Marche region.

The place is wonderful, but Valeria and Alessandro are even more so. They make you feel at home, are always available, and try to fulfill your every wish... Like letting our daughter ride on Alessandro's tractor, taking her to see the chicken coop, and giving her eggs... Anna was truly captivated and felt welcomed. Thanks again for everything. We spent a wonderful month here, made very welcome by Giulia, Roberto and of course Marzio. Wonderful location, extremely peaceful with the only nighttime sounds being owls, the wind and the occasional distant farm dog. Its strength is that it is simple, comfortable and unpretentious living in a lovely space, both indoors and out. Easy distance from Fermignano and Acqualagna, but with lots of other great places to drop into. Try Urbania and Fossombrone! We would recommend for any holiday, short or long!

Rooms simple but okay. Mattress fine, slept wonderfully. NO air conditioning. So the window had to be open, manageable with the mosquito net. It was late summer/late September; too hot for us in the summer. Although booking.com did indicate air conditioning in the general info (so reading further down to the room level doesn't mention it, which I found misleading), none of the rooms had air conditioning or a mini-fridge, except for the separate apartment. Bathroom okay, shower pressure limited (okay for short hair, a challenge for long hair). The room is cleaned every day; they do a good job. The location is very beautiful, with a lovely panoramic view. It is also central, with many places to visit within 30 to 45 minutes. Food is good and plentiful; 35 p.p. includes all drinks (wine, water). However, if your partner doesn't drink, it is a steep price. However, if you both drink wine, go for it because the wine is good and the meal is complete! Be careful when leaving; he tried to charge some extra for drinks (5 p.p. p.p. per day), but I didn't fall for it. I thought that was a poor move on his part, so I didn't pay.

Eric and Nanja at Agriturismo Carincone were so beautiful and lovely! I could not respect enough the enormous effort that has gone into to restoring this 17th Century farmhouse and I recommend a stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and tranquil stay in Marche to escape the hordes of tourists in Italy!

Beautiful Agriturismo, tastefully designed. Clean, comfortable, and friendly and hospitable owners. From Carincone, there are many opportunities for hiking and scenic drives. The town of Pergola is nearby for groceries and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for three nights with all our friends for our wedding at the Badia di San Vittore. From the first moment, Pacifico and Fabiola treated us divinely, making us feel at home and exceeding our expectations. The place is simply wonderful, surrounded by nature and full of charm, and the food... incredible! All our guests were not only happy, but thrilled. We couldn't have asked for a better place to experience such a special moment in our lives. Unforgettable!

This is a great place to stay, within easy driving distance of the beach and mountains. Fabio and his family were welcoming and kind hosts, making our stay feel like a home from home. He brought us fresh vegetables and fruit from his kitchen garden, honey, and organic spelt that he'd grown and when he took us to see his bees, he treated my boys like his own which was lovely.
The room is spacious and well furbished and the pool area is great especially with younger children. Next door is his brother's winery where we enjoyed a tasting and warm hospitality. They've done a great job refurbishing the old stone buildings and the views are beautiful across the countryside. There are even a few resident hoopoes!
Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing place to stay with moments of connection with local people, I can't recommend it enough!

I had the delightful opportunity to explore the San Martino farmhouse through an evening organized by owners Valeria and Sandro.
Despite not having a proper kitchen, I was able to enjoy excellent food in a particularly welcoming setting, distinguished by a location surrounded by greenery and a beautiful pool. The engaging music complemented the magical atmosphere of a show, where everyone enjoyed a wonderful evening. A truly impeccable compliment to the organization! Well done everyone!

They are super friendly hosts and have very good tips for the many beautiful little towns and restaurants around it. The breakfast is amazing, everything is homemade and very tasty. It‘s a Special Place Which We can definitly recommand.

We felt welcomed and free to enjoy our holiday in complete serenity. The welcome basket was truly appreciated and of rare quality (!). The very kind Giulia was always available for any advice requested via WhatsApp. Finally, it was an honor and a pleasure to meet Giulia's father, who started the entire organic and eco-friendly business...when no one was talking about it yet. Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, this agriturismo is worthy of the name. The pool offers a fantastic view of the Sibillini Mountains. The owner is a true entertainer and a true nature expert. He'll be happy to advise you on activities and places to visit. The food is delicious!

A farmhouse surrounded by greenery. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. We stayed half-board: organic food is served, and Fabiola's home-cooked food is rich in flavor. And the highlight of the farmhouse: Mr. Pacifico, who entertains guests and makes them feel at home.

We were passing through and found this place for lunch. What a pleasant surprise! Delightful owner. Top-notch customer service and attention. Excellent food, generous portions. Free liqueur! The location is a bit remote, but immersed in the Marche countryside! Worth it!

The living room is 15 to 26 cm. The property is well-maintained and comfortable, and is conveniently located for visiting museums and other attractions. Fabiola and Pacifico, the owners, are friendly and courteous, and make you feel at ease. Pacifico is warm and friendly, and loves public relations with guests. Sofia, his daughter, and Carlotta, the dining room staff, are two girls always smiling. Of course, appreciation also goes to the other staff, some in the kitchen, some for cleaning. What more can I say... we had a great time.

A "peaceful" place, just like the name of its owner, whose warmth and kindness make you feel immediately at ease. A welcoming and relaxing place located just a stone's throw from Cingoli, it offers a relaxing holiday with few amenities. The cuisine is limited, and thankfully so, but made with love, just like the family who runs this B&B. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Marche region, especially for the owner's friendliness.

My wife and I just spent a week's vacation at Locanda della Valle Nuova in Fermignano, Marche, and were truly thrilled with the welcome we received from Mrs. Giulia, the owner of the inn. She greeted us with incredible kindness, leaving us with plenty of supplies in the "horse house" she assigned us, both for food for the first few days and for everyday items, better than at home.
Furthermore, the inn has a beautiful pool and a huge park, making it ideal for visiting the beautiful historic towns nearby (URBINO, GUBBIO, FOSSOMBRONE, URBANIA, etc.).
I personally recommend this experience to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and the good cuisine that the Marche region has to offer.

Beautiful, large swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, and soccer courts.
The grounds are very well-maintained with beautiful plants and views.
The apartments are very well-equipped.

A week in Le Marche.
We booked the Sole Luna apartment. It's a two-level apartment with two private terraces surrounded by lavender, rosemary, and sage. There was a slight musty smell in the kitchen, but Erik quickly resolved it by providing a dehumidifier. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating; there's even dish soap, a sponge, and hand soap. The bed is comfortable, with a mattress topper and two pillows. The bathroom features super-soft towels and hand soap. The outdoor garden is furnished with tables and loungers, and is shared with the other apartments. There's a pool for humans and a separate one for four-legged friends, a BBQ area, and a parking lot partially shaded by the trees in the woods.
The view is priceless: breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
The only drawback is the 4km dirt road to the property, with the last 400 meters steep.
In summary: RECOMMENDED!!!

Agrirelais Collelago is the ideal place to unplug, surrounded by olive groves, a stone's throw from the sea, quiet, cared for in every detail and managed by delightful people who pamper you with discretion! All the spaces, both inside and outside, are well managed and tastefully furnished. Breakfast, served under the porch, overlooking the pool, the garden dominated on one side by a beautiful fig tree and the surrounding greenery, in addition to being delicious, is also beautiful to look at (even a honeycomb 🍯 appropriately covered by glass!)... Our stay was too short for such a wonderful place.... Compliments to Edda and Christian

We stayed at this farmhouse for a week. We had a wonderful time. Gianni and his mother were always kind and helpful. The apartments are large and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's an excellent base for visiting the beautiful nearby beaches.

We had an excellent 4-day stay at Locanda de la Valle Nuova. The apartment, located in a very quiet location a few kilometers from a small village with all amenities, is very well furnished. Nothing is missing. Our landlady, Guiglia, was really very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and gave us a warm welcome. A beautiful swimming pool is a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Overall, this is a truly recommended agriturismo!

We spent a nine-day vacation at the end of June.
Excellent and truly organic cuisine, overseen by Mrs. Fabiola. Every evening, appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts are served, along with excellent wines from their own production. The owner, Mr. Pacifico, is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Excellent agriturismo surrounded by greenery and countryside. A centuries-old building renovated to preserve its historic atmosphere; the pool/wellness area is of a good standard. Clean room with minimal furnishings and all the essentials. Dinner, based on local produce of the highest quality and quantity, is excellent. Breakfast could be improved, however. Very good value for money.

The view is really beautiful, nestled among the hills.
The apartment was fully equipped and clean.

We stayed in an apartment with two cozy bedrooms and a superbly equipped kitchen. You immediately notice the attention to detail in the furnishings – we felt at home from the very first moment.
Giulia, the hostess, is very warm, uncomplicated, and always helpful. We and our cat felt completely comfortable and welcome. If you're looking for peace, nature, and a personal atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Very well-kept facility. Clean apartments, as well as the space around. Large pool and many sunbeds, so you can easily find a place for yourself. Access to the facility is easy, around the highway, you can easily get to Fano, Urbino, and a trip to Assisi is a good idea.

Agrirelais Collelago is the perfect place to relax in a quiet area on the hills of Marche, while also being the perfect location to explore the beaches and the sea. My boyfriend and me spent one week there at the beginning of June and we had the most wonderful time! Edda and Christian are the perfect hosts: very friendly, always ready to give any advice and to meet your needs. Breakfast is unbelievable: all products are local, and the homemade fresh cakes and cookies are so tasty. We can’t wait to be back at Collelago!

We have just spent 5 days in Casina dei Tordi and had a wonderful time. The house is very well equipped and the view is wonderful. The setting is peaceful and quiet, just what we wanted. Giulia, our host was extremely helpful and friendly. We would like to return.

We were a group for the June 2nd long weekend. The place is wonderful, immersed in the Marche hills that have nothing to envy of Tuscany. Perfect location to unplug, rest, go for walks, bike rides and then finish with a dip in the pool. But the real added value of this farmhouse is Mr. Pacifico, a manager who will make you feel at home and with a kindness and genuineness of other times. The food is excellent, often made with organic products from the farmhouse (in fact if you go for a walk towards the garden you will see the fireflies!!)
the rooms are very clean, here we slept in total silence, surrounded only by the sounds of nature. Bravo Pacifico, see you next time!

We're here for 12 days and are having a wonderful time! The apartment is nice, with a washing machine and dishwasher. A very spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. A beautiful swimming pool is just a 10-minute walk away. There are seating areas in front of and behind the apartment, and there are also several seating areas in the large garden. The grounds are well-maintained with plenty of facilities for children. It's also great that it's centrally located near the beach and towns. It's an 11-minute drive to the beach, and a 25-minute walk to the village for groceries, coffee, or a bite to eat. This walk is also very beautiful.
They are also very environmentally conscious; they have a tap with filtered water and unlimited glass bottles. This reduces a huge amount of plastic waste.
Finally, the hostess, Valeria, is very welcoming and helpful whenever needed, and the rest of the staff is also exceptionally friendly. This is a real holiday!

The two of us and our dog stayed for almost two weeks in the beautiful apartment with a sensational view of the countryside. Giulia is an ideal host for us. Everything was very clean and well-prepared (basic groceries for the first few days in the apartment). Giulia was always available when needed, yet we were completely undisturbed. Her tips were very helpful. The farm is quite remote, but in the Marche region, you're always on the move to get to interesting places, which is fine.

RESTAURANT: We ended up in this little place by chance for a midweek lunch, the setting is a very pleasant and well-renovated rustic, the bathrooms are very clean. The girl who served the tables is very polite, capable and smiling. We were very impressed by the quality of what we ate: a simple but very tasty tagliatella with ragù x2, a grill x1 (masterly cooking and very tender lamb, excellent quality of the meat too) and Ascoli olives x1 (they make them in-house!!), spent only 30 euros for two. We are not from the area but we hope to return on purpose! Congratulations.

Great experience, known thanks to a private Pilates event. The beauty of the place is illuminated by the beauty of the managers: available, very kind, welcoming. The cuisine is excellent and enriched by home-made drinks but above all by the oil from their own olive groves. I thank the owners from the bottom of my heart and hope to return to you soon.

A truly enchanted corner, with production of an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil. An authentic atmosphere created by the passion of a splendid couple who will lead you - in a union of tradition and research - among local cheeses and cold cuts, desserts and regional labels that tell the bond with the land and the seasons. We stayed in this beautiful place for two nights. The houses are very nice and well-kept. Very nice and clean swimming pool, everything impeccably maintained. The lady who manages it is very kind and helpful, she came to meet us for various requests and was very patient. We had dinner at the restaurant inside and everything was excellent. Produced at 0 km from local farms, you can see the quality of the products. A place to return to.......

Well-kept farmhouse with swimming pool, surrounded by greenery. Every detail is defined by Edda and Christian who look after the guests with care and passion: they are always ready to satisfy every need and request (including inflating a flat car tire!).

Found B&B for acquaintance.
We were happy because it was quiet and being a family with 3 children it was super both for the green spaces, the wonderful swimming pool and the owners with very hospitable staff.

I organized my relatives' stay for the Fano Carnival and everything was perfect! The location is truly enchanting, surrounded by greenery and ideal for relaxing after days of partying. We stayed here in July 2024, a family with one two and a half year old. Our daughter just loved going to the garden kitchen to pick tomatoes and was eating them straight from the vines. The apartment is extremely well equipped, clean, modern and the fresh eggs and juice etc on arrival a brilliant touch. Unfortunately it appears I only took pictures of the spectacular views from the veranda. We had dinner one night which was wonderful, so much food we could not eat it all. The swimming pool was quite a walk from the apartment we stayed in but we knew that when we booked so didn’t mind, it took us around 15 minutes with the pram. My husband left some sunglasses and Giulia was kind enough to forward them to us at our next accommodation for no charge. She could not have been more helpful and we highly recommend staying here. We try not to go back to the same places but I have a feeling we will be returning here.

Giulia was an amazing host-so helpful, welcoming and responding so promptly all the time. Before our arrival she even stocked up the fridge with groceries and homemade jam and juice, so that we could enjoy our first meals without us having to pay the supermarket a visit right away.
The Casina was clean and especially the kitchen very well equipped with any utensils one could need for cooking.
For us Locanda della Valle Nuova was a good starting point for both hiking tours and trips for example to Urbino (a must!), Fabriano (in the paper museum there is a guide who even does tours in German) and to Grotte di Frasassi (highly recommending both sites).
We keep our stay at Casina dei Cavalli in best memory and will be happy to come back one day as we really fell in love with Le Marche and of course with Giorgio, the cat that visited us daily for pats and purrs!

My daughter's confirmation lunch, what can I say... even if I wanted to find a flaw I wouldn't be able to, everything was exceptional, attention to detail, perfect from start to finish. Locanda della Valle Nuova is "in the middle of nowhere" - but that's no disadvantage for those who love peace and quiet and enjoy nature. Due to its "central" location, Valle Nuova is ideal for exploring the Marche region. In the surrounding towns there are plenty of opportunities to explore the wine, food and history or even just go shopping. And if you're overwhelmed by this, you'll find host Guilia a perfectly competent "tour guide" who has great tips. Upon request, Guilia and her husband Roberto can also cook a very tasty 3-course menu with local specialties for their guests.
Otherwise, self-sufficiency is required, which is not a problem. The apartments are very well equipped and Guilia has provided the most necessary food for newly arriving guests.

When I first noticed a 5.0 rating of agriturismo Valle Nuova on Google - I was intrigued: surely nobody can be so perfect a host. A further exploration of Valle Nuova's informative and professional homepage coupled with the owner's, Giulia's, swift response (fun fact: 4 out of 5 of my direct email inquiries to agriturismi in Marche went unanswered) to my inquiry had however quickly convinced me I wanted to book my stay at Valle Nuova.
And here I am, after 4 wonderful days at Valle Nuova, I myself do not hesitate to give it the highest praise possible.
The reasons are many: comfort and quality of the apartment (e.g. kitchen utensils are well-assorted and convince you that you actually can cook a decent meal - from my experience, not a given thing in most rented places); the care that Giulia has put into every detail (and colour theme) of the interior; the quiet beauty of the farm and surrounding hills; the alertness of the hosts to your needs and wishes.
Still, what has turned our stay from a very nice to a memorable one are the features you will not find listed among the property's "facilities" or on the published pictures. It is Giulia's generosity of spirit towards her guests, Roberto's high standards and passion for cooking, and their general human kindness to people, animals and environment around them that we will have fond memories of long after we leave Marche (next to truffle hunting, pasta making, and osso buco 🙃 ).

Collelago is better than home! Edda and Christian care about their guests and treat them as special and unique people, paying attention to every little detail, leaving nothing to chance. This makes the guest feel at home, or even better: in Collelago the guest is the center of attention, he is pampered with local delicacies and comfortable rooms with attention to the smallest detail. In Collelago you can breathe calm, peace and positive energy where man is perfectly in harmony with the surrounding nature. Giulia is a perfect hostess, the apartment is equipped with everything you can imagine. It is in a quiet location, the shops are not around the corner but are still easy to reach by car.
My tip: the road to Pole is much better than the one to Fermignano. Turn left behind Pole and after a few km there is also a Gala where you can find everything.

Monica is an exceptional host, I have never seen so much professionalism and competence, attention to detail, good taste and kindness contained in a single woman who supports the entire structure and who goes out of her way for you. The place is magnificent, a flat expanse of olive trees and grass with laurel hedges that separate the pretty little houses from each other, instilling great peace. The swimming pool is one of the most beautiful and well-kept I have ever been to but above all accessible even for those who do not have great mobility. The excellent restaurant and super local cuisine and ingredients. What can I say... I'm so sorry to leave!!!

Very well maintained structure, in a wonderful natural setting, immersed in the Marche hills just a few minutes from the sea of Marotta.
What impressed me is the total tranquility and absence of noise, considering that the main roads are far away.
The owners Valeria and Alessandro are exquisite people, with a courtesy and availability that go beyond the normal relationship between hotelier and customer; they are friends who really make you feel at home.
We stayed in an apartment on the first floor, consisting of a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a large bedroom, an attic with two more beds and a covered terrace where you can comfortably dine or sunbathe, complete with everything: large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, four-burner cooker, plates, cutlery, glasses and crockery, a large wardrobe and period drawers where you can store everything comfortably.
Highly recommended for a week of total relaxation.

Here I am, hoping to describe well in words what you feel when you go to Collelago! This year was the second year for us. The place is beautiful and makes you feel good right away, a beautiful swimming pool where you can cool off and relax, a view that helps make you feel good. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail by Edda and Christian, and it is not obvious, but a significant added value! You immediately understand how passionately they love everything they do. From the care of the rooms, from the 0 km breakfasts, to the lunches and even the dinners, all with fresh, quality products. You would practically always stay in Collelago! For us Edda and Cristian have become friends. For our wedding, on July 6th, we decided to use their wonderful oil as a wedding favor. We will obviously return with our eyes closed. If you want to enjoy this wonderful place and its surroundings better, if you can, book in June, July and September!!

Okay, it's time to review Augusto and his beautiful property!!! The food is amazing, both in quality and quantity!!! The location is convenient for visiting Lake Fiastra or the Sibillini Mountains, and several Umbrian towns are also within easy reach. The pool offers a wonderful view.

Collelago effect, now I understand what it means.
The peace, tranquility, the view and the setting, just remembering it, makes you smile and want to go back immediately.
The structure, located in a strategic point with respect to the surrounding villages and the sea (4km by car), is made up of 6 recently renovated, functional and equipped rooms (air conditioning, smart TV, shower), all with a view of the beautiful olive groves.
The breakfast of Edda's homemade products is phenomenal, served on the porch, with a view.
From this year, they explained to us, they offer cold dishes for lunch and/or dinner every other day, with products chosen by traders and producers in the area, therefore all at 0 km. Delicious!!
The swimming pool and the recently renovated solarium area complete and enrich the structure.
Edda and Christian were able to make our stay even more pleasant with their smiles and their willingness to share a chat and a memory about how the structure has evolved over the years, making us relive with them the emotions and sacrifices experienced.
Surely if it is a place that has remained in our hearts, it is also thanks to them.

La Locanda sits in the middle of beautiful countryside with magnificent views. La Casina Nuova was spacious, super clean, comfortable, well-appointed and despite 37C outside, lovely and cool; the large pool at the Locanda was a great way to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Giula was a very welcoming, helpful and attentive host, nothing was too much trouble. Dinner at the Locanda was delicious and the truffle hunt was a fascinating experience. La Locanda is well placed to visit the surrounding area and Urbino is 20 mins away. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Adda and Christian gave us a warm welcome. A wonderful place to stay. All rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day by lovely staff. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. You can see that the place is maintained with a lot of attention and an eye for detail. You want to recommend this place, but not because you prefer to keep it to yourself, as a “best kept secret” 🤫

We brachten hier meerdere dagen door en genoten hier van een geweldige vakantie. De locatie bood gemakkelijke toegang tot de zee en aan talloze charmante dorpjes in de omgeving die zeker een bezoek waard zijn. De service was uitstekend, dankzij de vriendelijkheid van Edda en Christian. Zowel de accommodatie als de kamers waren erg schoon en goed verzorgd. Het ontbijt en de lunch waren uitstekend en elke maaltijd was heerlijk. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren naar deze prachtige plek!

We stayed at this farmhouse as a family the second week of July 2024. I have fond memories of the owners, who were always attentive and thoughtful in making their guests feel at home.

This agriturismo has everything: nice clean apartment with big cosy rooms and well-equipped kitchen, a garden for having breakfast/lunch/dinner and talk with other travellers, a refreshing pool with pool house, friendly and helpful hosts, ... I therefore highly recommend this place for anyone visiting this authentic area of Italy with nice sceneries, for people seeking a good place to re-energize in silence or searching for mild hills for cycling.

Structure located in a magnificent setting, surrounded by nature and surrounded by hills, with a beautiful swimming pool and hydromassage tub. Pacifico and Fabiola were excellent hosts. A farm where you eat quality, fresh and local products. Mrs. Fabiola, in addition to being an excellent cook, won us over with her philosophy of simple but tasty dishes. A culinary experience to try. The rooms have everything one needs, spacious and very clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights. A beautiful, lovingly furnished house, which is run by two very warm people with a lot of passion. A very clean facility, whether room, garden or pool. We thank you for this great quiet place to relax. If you're looking for a party, you're in the wrong place here.

Everything contributed to making five days on this farm a holiday to remember. From this year the possibility of being able to dine in the structure always with local products in a three-course menu.
Last but not least, you absolutely must try the oil they produce on the farm, you won't go home without taking at least one bottle. Agriturismo Collelago in the heart!

We stayed in a flat which was also equipped with a self catering kitchen. The flat was slightly too small for a family of 4 with the kitchen being used as a two single bedroom. But since we stayed very little inside our room this was of no concern.

We stayed at this property for a weekend in mid-October. The property is surrounded by the greenery and tranquility of the Sibillini Mountains, where nature reigns supreme. It is quaint and meticulously maintained, as are the rooms.
The cuisine is excellent, using fresh, authentic ingredients. Thanks to Augusto, the owner, a delightful person who gave us very helpful advice.

What can I say. Our family had a fabulous time at Valle Nuova. Giulia and Roberto were so hospitable, down to earth and full of helpful knowledge and contacts in the area.
The accommodation was just right. Very well equipped kitchen (I loved the green bowls), the decor was great and it felt just like home. If we could we'd be back annually but we live too far away!

This farmhouse is strategically located, just 15 minutes from mountain trails, Lake Fiastra, woods, and sensory paths. Stone rooms feature comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The pool, offering spectacular views, is a real bonus for a day of hiking. The owner, as noted in all the reviews, is a lovely person who offers excellent advice on nearby and distant excursions. The cuisine is traditional and locally sourced. From appetizers to first and second courses...everything is simple, but you'll always leave feeling satisfied. After dinner, spend time gazing at the stars and listening to the crickets chirping, a rare treat for those coming from the city.

We only stayed in this wonderful property for 3 days, but we were truly satisfied. Excellent value for money.
The apartment was top-notch, with everything you could need... everything was very well-kept and clean. Although there's no TV, the kids had a blast playing with the many board games provided by the owner and in the delightful kid-sized pool.

This was a fantastic stay! Christian was a really fantastic host who took the extra mile to make your stay as perfect as possible. The house is very new, meaning all was in perfect state. The view was to dream for, the swimming pool was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of fresh, local, organic food. Just perfect and I loved the fresh honey. Christian also gave good advice on local restaurants and trips. Overall the place was very clean and well organized. Thanks also for sharing the Spotify playlist, we are still enjoying it. Christian, you were really made for this and if I could give an 11 I would have done this. Grazie! Jeroen

Posto immerso nella natura. Camere pulite all'arrivo, ma non è compreso nel prezzo pulizia giornaliera e cambio biancheria. Nelle camere non è presente tv, phone, e asciugarmi bidet.
Colazione un po' misera, ma soprattutto sempre le stesse cose, unico dolce al cioccolato presentato per tre giorni consecutivi !!!
Vi consiglio di mettere almeno un tostapane, non essendoci fette biscottate, per gustare le marmellate.
Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò più.

Truly beautiful, quiet farmhouse, among the greenery of the Marche countryside, near Potenza Picena (which I strongly invite you to visit), very close to Porto Recanati, Loreto, and other beautiful medieval villages. In short, in addition to the crystal clear sea, there is also the possibility of visiting the hinterland and even stopping to eat in some local restaurant at more than affordable prices.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place. I'll start with the thing I think could be improved: the room. It's very small, fine for a weekend, with a small closet with two hangers and no shelf. It's brand new and spotlessly clean, but small. We're former campers, so we adapt.
The pool is beautiful, with reserved loungers, and the delicious home-cooked food, along with their own wines, is a must-try.
My wife, Lucia, and I had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

We had a great time at Collelago! Beautiful surroundings, good pool and fine quality of beds. The rooms were a bit small. We also missed some products at breakfast such as fresh bread or something from meats. The products present were of good quality and Edda's own baked products were delicious!

Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. Furnishings are in keeping with the property, a renovated old farmhouse. It has enormous untapped potential... both Claudia and Lorenzo are very kind. Homemade breakfast. Just fifteen minutes from Urbino, in the cool of the hills.

Beautiful location, just 5 minutes from the beautiful Fernignano village center. Despite being so close to the center, ylu are fully immersed in the nature. Beautiful rural building, rooms are quite large and very fresh during summer. A beautiful external garden directly connected to the restaurant. We had no luck to try their food as we only stayed for one night, but I woild definitively give it a try next time. Claudia was very kind and arranged everything to make us comfortable since we were arriving late at nights. We had the chance to pay for our room via phone and helped us to speed up the check in process online, we really appreciated. Definitively worths a visit. Let's not forget this is pet friendly, big bonus!!!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed! Fabio was an incredible host. He made our family feel incredibly welcomed during our two week stay. The apartment was brand new, very clean, and very peaceful. Fabio allowed us to participate in several farm-based activities like harvesting grapes, where we met his extended family, and tasting honey directly from the honeycomb in his apiary. His cooking is also phenomenal! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 10 days and enjoyed our holiday so much. Everything was simply perfect. We liked the region, the food, the wine, the beautiful villages and your lovely house and ground. We will come back. Thank you Valeria & Alessandro, you were so friendly.

A beautiful farmhouse nestled in the Marche countryside, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature.
The property's location is strategic for visiting the villages of the Ascoli Piceno province and enjoying the sea, just a 25-minute drive away.
The recently renovated apartment is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities.
We spent a pleasant holiday at this wonderful farmhouse, in the company of Fabio and Alessia, the owners, who pampered us and made our stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality.
We will definitely be back!

The location is very remote. The access road is quite steep and a bit difficult to drive, but if you opt for peace and quiet and a well-equipped and furnished apartment, then this is an excellent location.

Terrible, terrible, terrible.
In the summer heat, it's practically impossible to sleep.
The window is tiny for ventilation.
But the TOP is the bathroom. Very little space.
In the shower, you have to be a contortionist just to wash the soles of your feet.
A small dog left alone, hungry, and above all thirsty in the summer heat.
Too bad.

Agriturismo davvero molto bello, si tratta di un borgo di mezzadri ristrutturato. La vista é splendida, non c'è traffico (arriva una sola strada e finisce all'agriturismo), e la piscina all'aperto é ottima per rinfrescarsi. I proprietari sono tanto cordiali quanto discreti, e sempre molto disponibili. Alla sera é possibile fare una grigliata davanti al proprio appartamento e mangiare all'aperto guardando il tramonto. Se cercate un posto dove staccare e rilassarvi é l'ideale!

Beautiful location, good food and very friendly staff. We had some difficult requirements with our diet and they did an amazing job personalizing the menu for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Place and setting is idyllic but hospitality and room were minimal besides food was awful. Breakfast for those who are diabetic or on limited carbohydrate intake- only cold with chilled hard boiled eggs and few salumi like salami ham mortadella. Bread awful.

My wife and I were visiting Le Marche on the occasion of my friend's 60th birthday party. He and his wife had booked us here to stay for 5 nights. It also happened to be the grounds for his birthday bash. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will remember it for many years to come.k Agriturismo San Martino is a country villa AND working farm. This lends it an authenticity that is rare among vacation "resorts". Each suite is really an independent apartment with a full kitchen. We would advise that you stock up on some rudimentary food supplies before settling in so that you can prepare a nice leisurely breakfast and/or any other meals that you will want on site. I am a swimmer so naturally took advantage of their salt water pool each morning at 8am. I would advise to have a car at your disposal so that you'll have the independence to explore the region and inumerable local towns. The owners, Valeria and Alessadro, were very accomodating and always available for advise. Mountain bikes are at the ready for those seeking to attack the rolling hills surrounding. We made a point to take away a couple of liters ofbtheir own virgin olive oil to be reminded of this beatiful land upon our return to New York. Enjoy your stay!

This farmhouse enjoys a fantastic location in the beautiful, open countryside just a few kilometers from Urbino and a stone's throw from Fermignano. The hosts are very kind and friendly. The food is excellent: everything is homemade, including homemade meats and wine. The prices are more than fair. Highly recommended!

Marche is the hidden gem of Italy. Although Tuscany gets all the press and marketing, Marche has the same but not the tourists and high prices, especially if you do not travel in August. Beautiful landscapes? Check. Historical hillside towns? Check. Beautiful big beaches? Double Check! And Valle Del Metauro is the perfect place to stay. Just at the foot of the Marche hills yet an easy drive to Fano, Pesaro and the beaches. The rooms are large, clean, quiet and well kept. The restaurant is great with friendly service. We had days when we just relaxed by the big pool and played on the large grassy area, but we also did excursions to San Marino or Urbino. We would highly recommend Valle Del Metauro and will rebook a room next time we are in Marche.

Tasty breakfast, possibility for tasty dinner at very reasonable price, cozy room, big swimming pool, very nice area! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the ravioli with pistachio. Can't wait to come back!

Arriving at San Martino is a surprise. First of all:thank you for the signs along the road, it's easy to find. When you are at the end of a road and at the top of a mountain there is this roadblock, only guests van come in, safe!! When you are passed this roadblock you look down and there is this wonderfull house with a Large pool in front of it and surrounded by this huge garden, soccerfield, herbs, flowers, lawns and more. You will probably be greeted and installed by Salvatore, a very kind and helping Italian who speaks very good German.
The apartments are all pretty large and Valeria, the co-owner, had filled them all with tastefull antiques from the Marche. You just let your suitcases fall and take a relaxing dive at the beautiful pool. If all the apartments are full there are 7 coupes or families, nevertheless If everyone was at the pool at the same time, there are still more than enough beds, chairs or privacy.
The owners Alessandro and Valeria are warm and nice people, they are there every morning at least and together with Salvatore they do everything to give you the time of your live.
The agriturismo is situated in a very quiet place where it's more than beautiful. However, in 15 minutes max you are at the beach. We loved to take the car and just drove around, all those very small and sleeping villages around San Martino. You wouldn't think you were in a touristic area so close to the sea. In the apartment is a little book with lots of information about restaurants and other useful places.
WE have been in so many places, all over the world, San Martino is in our top 3, we will definately return. Only a small note: it would be nice to have the internet working also inside the apartments, outside and at the the pool it's perfect and fast. And for the small apartments also a larger refridgerator. But other than that: just perfect.
