We returned to Gianni's this year, remembering our very good experience a few years ago. It was a confirmation to find the apartment clean and fully equipped, in a very quiet and peaceful area, with a view of the surrounding area that reaches all the way to the sea. Truly refreshing! Thanks Gianni!

This agriturismo is a little corner of paradise surrounded by nature! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a warm, genuine, and family atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The property is lovingly cared for down to the last detail, striking a perfect balance between tradition and modern comfort. I've been back twice, and the rooms have always been impeccable: spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with breathtaking views of the rolling Marche hills, truly inviting you to slow down and breathe. Making your stay even more special is the beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing on hot days or enjoying a delicious aperitif. For a unique experience, I discovered they also offer glamping, which allows you to experience the charm of camping in a refined way, amidst silence, stars, and breathtaking landscapes, without sacrificing comfortable beds and well-organized spaces. The honey (wow!), as well as the olive oil and spelt produced on site, are simply exceptional, a true expression of the local area. And during the lavender bloom, the landscape becomes even more evocative and fragrant, creating a truly unique atmosphere! The owners, Alessia and Fabio, deserve a special mention: wonderful people, always available, attentive, and passionate, capable of turning every stay into an unforgettable memory. The location is perfect: within easy reach of gems like Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto, Offida, and Ascoli Piceno, as well as many charming villages where you can enjoy divine cuisine. It's the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, nature, and authenticity, but also for those who want to discover the wonders of the Marche region.

This is a great place to stay, within easy driving distance of the beach and mountains. Fabio and his family were welcoming and kind hosts, making our stay feel like a home from home. He brought us fresh vegetables and fruit from his kitchen garden, honey, and organic spelt that he'd grown and when he took us to see his bees, he treated my boys like his own which was lovely.
The room is spacious and well furbished and the pool area is great especially with younger children. Next door is his brother's winery where we enjoyed a tasting and warm hospitality. They've done a great job refurbishing the old stone buildings and the views are beautiful across the countryside. There are even a few resident hoopoes!
Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing place to stay with moments of connection with local people, I can't recommend it enough!

We felt welcomed and free to enjoy our holiday in complete serenity. The welcome basket was truly appreciated and of rare quality (!). The very kind Giulia was always available for any advice requested via WhatsApp. Finally, it was an honor and a pleasure to meet Giulia's father, who started the entire organic and eco-friendly business...when no one was talking about it yet. Thank you for everything.

Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, this agriturismo is worthy of the name. The pool offers a fantastic view of the Sibillini Mountains. The owner is a true entertainer and a true nature expert. He'll be happy to advise you on activities and places to visit. The food is delicious!

A farmhouse surrounded by greenery. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. We stayed half-board: organic food is served, and Fabiola's home-cooked food is rich in flavor. And the highlight of the farmhouse: Mr. Pacifico, who entertains guests and makes them feel at home.

I stayed at this farmhouse with my family, unfortunately only for one day. The location is quiet, nestled in the hills, and the rooms are comfortable with great views. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. We'll definitely be back!

The living room is 15 to 26 cm. The property is well-maintained and comfortable, and is conveniently located for visiting museums and other attractions. Fabiola and Pacifico, the owners, are friendly and courteous, and make you feel at ease. Pacifico is warm and friendly, and loves public relations with guests. Sofia, his daughter, and Carlotta, the dining room staff, are two girls always smiling. Of course, appreciation also goes to the other staff, some in the kitchen, some for cleaning. What more can I say... we had a great time.
I recommend it.

A "peaceful" place, just like the name of its owner, whose warmth and kindness make you feel immediately at ease. A welcoming and relaxing place located just a stone's throw from Cingoli, it offers a relaxing holiday with few amenities. The cuisine is limited, and thankfully so, but made with love, just like the family who runs this B&B. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Marche region, especially for the owner's friendliness.

There was one incident, however, that disappointed me a little. One day, my mother, who was nearby, expressed a desire to join me for breakfast. The owners agreed without raising any objections or providing any information about the cost. Only upon checkout did I find myself charged €25 for her breakfast, without having been informed in advance. Considering I had been staying there for a week, I would have expected a gesture of courtesy or at least transparent communication. This detail was somewhat jarring in an otherwise truly pleasant stay.
In any case, it remains a beautiful place to return to, perhaps with greater attention to these small but important aspects of hospitality.

My wife and I just spent a week's vacation at Locanda della Valle Nuova in Fermignano, Marche, and were truly thrilled with the welcome we received from Mrs. Giulia, the owner of the inn. She greeted us with incredible kindness, leaving us with plenty of supplies in the "horse house" she assigned us, both for food for the first few days and for everyday items, better than at home.
Furthermore, the inn has a beautiful pool and a huge park, making it ideal for visiting the beautiful historic towns nearby (URBINO, GUBBIO, FOSSOMBRONE, URBANIA, etc.).
I personally recommend this experience to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and the good cuisine that the Marche region has to offer.
A special thanks to Mrs. Giulia and Mr. Roberto for their hospitality.

Beautiful, large swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, and soccer courts.
The grounds are very well-maintained with beautiful plants and views.
The apartments are very well-equipped.

Settimana nelle Marche.
Abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento Sole Luna. Appartamento disposto su due livelli e dotato di due terrazzini privati circondati da lavanda, rosmarino e salvia. Leggero odore di umidità nella zona cucina, Erik lo ha subito risolto fornendoci un deumidificatore. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare; presente anche sapone e spugna per lavare i piatti e sapone lava mani. Letto comodo, materasso dotato di topper e di doppio cuscino. In bagno salviette super morbide e sapone per lavarsi le mani al lavandino. Giardino esterno arredato con tavolini e sdraio da condividere con gli altri appartamenti. Presente una piscina per “umani” e una separata per gli amici a 4 zampe, una zona BBQ e un parcheggio semi ombreggiato dalle piante del bosco.
Vista impagabile: albe e tramonti mozzafiato.
Unico neo strada bianca (semi sterrata) di circa 4 km per raggiungere la struttura, gli ultimi 400 metri ripidi.
Riassumendo: CONSIGLIATO!!!

Agrirelais Collelago is the ideal place to unplug, surrounded by olive groves, a stone's throw from the sea, quiet, cared for in every detail and managed by delightful people who pamper you with discretion! All the spaces, both inside and outside, are well managed and tastefully furnished. Breakfast, served under the porch, overlooking the pool, the garden dominated on one side by a beautiful fig tree and the surrounding greenery, in addition to being delicious, is also beautiful to look at (even a honeycomb 🍯 appropriately covered by glass!)... Our stay was too short for such a wonderful place.... Compliments to Edda and Christian

We had an excellent 4-day stay at Locanda de la Valle Nuova. The apartment, located in a very quiet location a few kilometers from a small village with all amenities, is very well furnished. Nothing is missing. Our landlady, Guiglia, was really very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and gave us a warm welcome. A beautiful swimming pool is a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Overall, this is a truly recommended agriturismo!

With passion and enthusiasm and love for others, they have created a corner of heaven on earth. A fantastic place surrounded by so much beauty, food that also fills your heart, in the company of very kind people and staff.

Excellent and truly "organic" cuisine, prepared by Mrs. Fabiola. Every evening appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, excellent wines of their production. The owner, Mr. Pacifico, is a person of the utmost cordiality and sympathy.
Environment immersed in the quiet of the Marche hills, 10 minutes by car from Cingoli; "the balcony of the Marche".
There is a beautiful swimming pool with a small bar attached.
For those looking for quiet, excellent cuisine and human relationship you must not miss this experience!!!!

Excellent agriturismo surrounded by greenery and countryside. Centuries-old structure renovated preserving the atmosphere of times gone by; pool/wellness area with a good quality standard. Clean room, with minimal furnishings with everything you need. Dinner based on local products of quality and quantity: excellent. Breakfast to be improved in truth. Very fair quality/price ratio.

Super quiet, you only hear the birds and the insects and so nice to relax.
The view is really beautiful between the hills.
The apartment was fully equipped and was clean.
There was a very large terrace which was perfect for the dog .... and for us of course.
Eric and Nanja are very hospitable and do everything they can to make you feel at home.
The garden looks very nice and is equipped with various seating areas and swimming pools.
All in all a very positive holiday.

Very well-kept facility. Clean apartments, as well as the space around. Large pool and many sunbeds, so you can easily find a place for yourself. Access to the facility is easy, around the highway, you can easily get to Fano, Urbino, and a trip to Assisi is a good idea.

Agrirelais Collelago is the perfect place to relax in a quiet area on the hills of Marche, while also being the perfect location to explore the beaches and the sea. My boyfriend and me spent one week there at the beginning of June and we had the most wonderful time! Edda and Christian are the perfect hosts: very friendly, always ready to give any advice and to meet your needs. Breakfast is unbelievable: all products are local, and the homemade fresh cakes and cookies are so tasty. We can’t wait to be back at Collelago!

Siamo stati in gruppo per il ponte del 2 giugno. Il posto è meraviglioso, immerso nelle colline marchigiane che non hanno niente da invidiare alla Toscana. Location perfetta per staccare la spina, riposarsi, fare camminate, giri in bici e poi concludere con un tuffo in piscina. Ma il vero valore aggiunto di questo agriturismo è il sig. Pacifico, un gestore che ti farà sentire a casa e con una gentilezza e genuinità d’altri tempi. Il cibo è ottimo, spesso fatto con i prodotti dell’agriturismo biologici(infatti se andate a fare due passi verso l’orto vedrete le lucciole!!)
le camere sono pulitissime, qui abbiamo dormito nel silenzio totale, circondati solo dai suoni della natura. Bravo Pacifico, alla prossima!

We are here for 12 days and are enjoying it immensely! The apartment is nice, washing machine and dishwasher available. Very spacious bathroom and lovely bed. A beautiful swimming pool within 10 steps. In front of and behind the apartment there is an opportunity to sit and there are also various seating areas in the large garden. The grounds are neatly maintained with many facilities for the children. It is nice that it is also centrally located with respect to the beach and towns, within 11 minutes you are at the beach by car, 25 minutes walk and you are in the village for groceries, coffee or something to eat. This walk is also very beautiful.
They are also very environmentally conscious, they have a tap with filtered water, there are glass bottles that you can fill unlimitedly. That saves a lot of plastic waste.
Finally: The hostess Valeria is very warm and helps you where necessary, the rest of the staff is also very friendly. This is a real holiday!

The two of us and our dog stayed for almost two weeks in the beautiful apartment with a sensational view of the countryside. Giulia is an ideal host for us. Everything was very clean and well-prepared (basic groceries for the first few days in the apartment). Giulia was always available when needed, yet we were completely undisturbed. Her tips were very helpful. The farm is quite remote, but in the Marche region, you're always on the move to get to interesting places, which is fine.

RESTAURANT: We ended up in this little place by chance for a midweek lunch, the setting is a very pleasant and well-renovated rustic, the bathrooms are very clean. The girl who served the tables is very polite, capable and smiling. We were very impressed by the quality of what we ate: a simple but very tasty tagliatella with ragù x2, a grill x1 (masterly cooking and very tender lamb, excellent quality of the meat too) and Ascoli olives x1 (they make them in-house!!), spent only 30 euros for two. We are not from the area but we hope to return on purpose! Congratulations.

Great experience, known thanks to a private Pilates event. The beauty of the place is illuminated by the beauty of the managers: available, very kind, welcoming. The cuisine is excellent and enriched by home-made drinks but above all by the oil from their own olive groves. I thank the owners from the bottom of my heart and hope to return to you soon.

A truly enchanted corner, with production of an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil. An authentic atmosphere created by the passion of a splendid couple who will lead you - in a union of tradition and research - among local cheeses and cold cuts, desserts and regional labels that tell the bond with the land and the seasons. An experience to try by staying in the welcoming rooms, in the common areas and in the swimming pool: spaces that tell a declaration of love for the territory.

We stayed in this beautiful place for two nights. The houses are very nice and well-kept. Very nice and clean swimming pool, everything impeccably maintained. The lady who manages it is very kind and helpful, she came to meet us for various requests and was very patient. We had dinner at the restaurant inside and everything was excellent. Produced at 0 km from local farms, you can see the quality of the products. A place to return to.......

Well-kept farmhouse with swimming pool, surrounded by greenery. Every detail is defined by Edda and Christian who look after the guests with care and passion: they are always ready to satisfy every need and request (including inflating a flat car tire!).
They also produce amazing oil!

Found B&B for acquaintance.
We were happy because it was quiet and being a family with 3 children it was super both for the green spaces, the wonderful swimming pool and the owners with very hospitable staff.
Structure with attention to detail.

Ho organizzato il soggiorno dei miei parenti in occasione del Carnevale di Fano ed è stato tutto perfetto! La location è davvero incantevole, immersa nel verde e ideale per rilassarsi dopo le giornate di festa. La titolare è stata disponibilissima e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con grande gentilezza. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Consigliatissimo!!!

I haven't had the opportunity to try the rooms so I'm giving my vote on trust but, at the table, it's truly a feast for the eyes and the palate. The owner is a well of popular wisdom and witty jokes, so refrain from sulking. The view then......judge for yourself!

We stayed here in July 2024, a family with one two and a half year old. Our daughter just loved going to the garden kitchen to pick tomatoes and was eating them straight from the vines. The apartment is extremely well equipped, clean, modern and the fresh eggs and juice etc on arrival a brilliant touch. Unfortunately it appears I only took pictures of the spectacular views from the veranda. We had dinner one night which was wonderful, so much food we could not eat it all. The swimming pool was quite a walk from the apartment we stayed in but we knew that when we booked so didn’t mind, it took us around 15 minutes with the pram. My husband left some sunglasses and Giulia was kind enough to forward them to us at our next accommodation for no charge. She could not have been more helpful and we highly recommend staying here. We try not to go back to the same places but I have a feeling we will be returning here.

The location is wonderful and relaxing you are surrounded by greenery at 360 ° if you are looking for relaxation it is the right choice you are 10 minutes from the town center where you can find everything you need and for any problem or doubt you can count on Giulia's assistance we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the solitude and peacefulness during our stay at Casina dei Cavalli.
Giulia was an amazing host-so helpful, welcoming and responding so promptly all the time. Before our arrival she even stocked up the fridge with groceries and homemade jam and juice, so that we could enjoy our first meals without us having to pay the supermarket a visit right away.
The Casina was clean and especially the kitchen very well equipped with any utensils one could need for cooking.
For us Locanda della Valle Nuova was a good starting point for both hiking tours and trips for example to Urbino (a must!), Fabriano (in the paper museum there is a guide who even does tours in German) and to Grotte di Frasassi (highly recommending both sites).
We keep our stay at Casina dei Cavalli in best memory and will be happy to come back one day as we really fell in love with Le Marche and of course with Giorgio, the cat that visited us daily for pats and purrs!

Locanda della Valle Nuova liegt "mitten im Nirgendwo" - das ist aber kein Nachteil für den, der die Ruhe liebt und Natur zu genießen weis. Durch die "zentrale" Lage ist Valle Nuova ideal, um die Region Marken zu erkunden. In den umliegenden Ortschaften gibt es ausreichend Gelegenheiten den Wein, die Speisen und die Historie zu erkunden oder auch nur shoppen zu gehen. Und wer damit überfordert ist, findet in der Gastgeberin Guilia eine perfekt kompetente "Reiseleitererin", die tolle Tipps parat hat. Auf Wunsch kochen Guilia und ihr Mann Roberto für ihre Gäste auch ein sehr leckeres 3 Gängemenue mit lokalen Spezialitäten.
Ansonsten ist Selbstversorgung angesagt, was kein Problem darstellt. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgetattet und für neu ankommende Gäste hat Guilia die nötigsten Lebensmittel bereit gelegt.
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen, vielen Dank für die wunderbare Woche!

When I first noticed a 5.0 rating of agriturismo Valle Nuova on Google - I was intrigued: surely nobody can be so perfect a host. A further exploration of Valle Nuova's informative and professional homepage coupled with the owner's, Giulia's, swift response (fun fact: 4 out of 5 of my direct email inquiries to agriturismi in Marche went unanswered) to my inquiry had however quickly convinced me I wanted to book my stay at Valle Nuova.
And here I am, after 4 wonderful days at Valle Nuova, I myself do not hesitate to give it the highest praise possible.
The reasons are many: comfort and quality of the apartment (e.g. kitchen utensils are well-assorted and convince you that you actually can cook a decent meal - from my experience, not a given thing in most rented places); the care that Giulia has put into every detail (and colour theme) of the interior; the quiet beauty of the farm and surrounding hills; the alertness of the hosts to your needs and wishes.
Still, what has turned our stay from a very nice to a memorable one are the features you will not find listed among the property's "facilities" or on the published pictures. It is Giulia's generosity of spirit towards her guests, Roberto's high standards and passion for cooking, and their general human kindness to people, animals and environment around them that we will have fond memories of long after we leave Marche (next to truffle hunting, pasta making, and osso buco 🙃 ).

Collelago è meglio di casa! Edda e Christian hanno a cuore i loro ospiti e li trattano come persone speciali e uniche riservando attenzione ad ogni piccolo dettaglio, non lasciando niente al caso. Questo fa sentire l’ospite come a casa, anzi meglio: a Collelago l’ospite è al centro dell’attenzione, si viene coccolati con prelibatezze del territorio e camere confortevoli curate nel minimo dettaglio. A Collelago si respira calma, pace ed energia positiva dove l’uomo è perfettamente in armonia con la natura circostante. È inevitabile lasciare un pezzetto di cuore ogni volta che si riparte. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Hügellandschaft. Ich habe auf Komot einige Touren hinterlassen die direkt ab dem Hof starten.
Giulia ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann. Es ist ruhig gelegen, die Geschäfte sind zwar nicht um die Ecke aber dennoch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
Mein Tip: die Straße nach Pole ist deutlich besser als die nach Fermignano. Hinter Pole links abbiegen dort ist nach ein paar km auch ein Gala wo man alles findet.

Monica è un’ospite eccezionale, mai vista tanta professionalità e competenza, attenzione ai dettagli, buon gusto e gentilezza racchiusi in una sola donna che sorregge l’intera struttura e che si fa in quattro per te. Il luogo è magnifico, una distesa pianeggiante di ulivi ed erbetta con siepi di alloro che separano le graziose casette l’una dall’altra infondono grande pace. La piscina è una delle più belle e ben tenute dove sia mai stata ma soprattutto accessibile anche per chi non ha una grande mobilità. Il ristorante eccellente e cucina ed ingredienti super locali. Che dire…Spiace tanto andar via!!!

Struttura molto ben curata, in una cornice naturale stupenda, immersa nelle colline marchigiane a pochi minuti dal mare di Marotta.
Quello che mi ha impressionato è la totale tranquillità e assenza di rumori, considerato che le strade di maggior transito sono lontane.
I titolari Valeria ed Alessandro sono persone squisite, di una cortesia e disponibilità che vanno oltre il normale rapporto tra albergatore e cliente; sono degli amici che ti fanno sentire veramente a casa tua.
Noi abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento al primo piano, composto da cucina abitabile, bagno spazioso, ampia camera da letto, mansarda con altri due letti e terrazza coperta in cui poter comodamente cenare o prendere il sole, completo di tutto: ampio frigorifero con congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, cucina a quattro fuochi, piatti, posate, bicchieri e stoviglie, un ampio armadio e cassettoni d'epoca dove poter riporre tutto comodamente.
Consigliatissimo per una settimana di totale relax.

L'Agriturismo Le Querce di Serra San Quirico è un'oasi di pace immersa nella campagna marchigiana, perfetta per chi cerca una fuga dalla frenesia quotidiana. La struttura è circondata da una natura rigogliosa e viste spettacolari sulle colline, creando un'atmosfera di tranquillità unica.
Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, accoglienti e arredati con gusto, offrendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La piscina all'aperto è un vero gioiello, ideale per rilassarsi al sole e godersi la calma del paesaggio circostante.

Eccomi, sperando di descrivere bene a parole quello che si prova quando si va a Collelago! Quest'anno è stato il secondo anno per noi. Il posto è bellissimo che ti fa sentire subito bene, una bella piscina dove rinfrescarti e rilassarti, un panorama che aiuta a farti stare bene. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli da Edda e Christian, e non è scontato, ma un valore aggiunto non da poco! Si capisce subito con quanta passione amino ogni cosa che fanno. Dalla cura degli ambienti, dalle colazioni a km 0, come i pranzi ed anche le cene, tutto con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Resteresti praticamente sempre a Collelago! Per noi Edda è Cristian sono diventati degli amici. Per il nostro matrimonio, il 6 Luglio, abbiamo deciso di fare come bomboniera, il loro meraviglioso olio. Noi ci torneremo ad occhi chiusi ovviamente. Se volete godervi meglio questo meraviglioso posto e dintorni, se potete, prenotate a Giugno, Luglio e Settembre!!

Okay, it's time to review Augusto and his beautiful property!!! The food is amazing, both in quality and quantity!!! The location is convenient for visiting Lake Fiastra or the Sibillini Mountains, and several Umbrian towns are also within easy reach. The pool offers a wonderful view.

Effetto Collelago, ora capisco cosa voglia dire.
La pace, la tranquillità, il panorama e l'ambientazione, al solo ricordo, ti fa strappare un sorriso e venir voglia di tornarci subito.
La struttura, posizionata in punto strategico rispetto ai borghi nei dintorni ed il mare (a 4km di auto), è composta da 6 camere da poco rimodernate, funzionali e dotate di comfort (aria condizionata, smart TV, doccia), tutte con vista sui bellissimi uliveti.
La colazione di prodotti fatti tutti in casa da Edda è fenomenale, servita sotto il porticato, con vista.
Da quest'anno, ci han spiegato, offrono a giorni alterni, piatti freddi per pranzo e/o cena, con prodotti scelti da commercianti e produttori della zona, tutto quindi a km 0. Buonissimi!!
La piscina e la zona solarium da poco rinnovata, completano e arricchiscono la struttura.

La Locanda sits in the middle of beautiful countryside with magnificent views. La Casina Nuova was spacious, super clean, comfortable, well-appointed and despite 37C outside, lovely and cool; the large pool at the Locanda was a great way to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Giula was a very welcoming, helpful and attentive host, nothing was too much trouble. Dinner at the Locanda was delicious and the truffle hunt was a fascinating experience. La Locanda is well placed to visit the surrounding area and Urbino is 20 mins away. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Adda en Christian hebben ons een warm welkom gegeven. Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Alle kamers worden elke dag grondig schoongemaakt door lief personeel. Ontbijt en avond eten is heerlijk. Je ziet dat de plek met veel aandacht en oog voor detail onderhouden wordt. Je wilt deze plek aanraden, maar ook weer niet omdat je deze t liefst voor jezelf wilt houden, als een “best kept secret” 🤫

We brachten hier meerdere dagen door en genoten hier van een geweldige vakantie. De locatie bood gemakkelijke toegang tot de zee en aan talloze charmante dorpjes in de omgeving die zeker een bezoek waard zijn. De service was uitstekend, dankzij de vriendelijkheid van Edda en Christian. Zowel de accommodatie als de kamers waren erg schoon en goed verzorgd. Het ontbijt en de lunch waren uitstekend en elke maaltijd was heerlijk. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren naar deze prachtige plek!

We stayed at this farmhouse as a family the second week of July 2024. I have fond memories of the owners, who were always attentive and thoughtful in making their guests feel at home.

This agriturismo has everything: nice clean apartment with big cosy rooms and well-equipped kitchen, a garden for having breakfast/lunch/dinner and talk with other travellers, a refreshing pool with pool house, friendly and helpful hosts, ... I therefore highly recommend this place for anyone visiting this authentic area of Italy with nice sceneries, for people seeking a good place to re-energize in silence or searching for mild hills for cycling.

Structure located in a magnificent setting, surrounded by nature and surrounded by hills, with a beautiful swimming pool and hydromassage tub. Pacifico and Fabiola were excellent hosts. A farm where you eat quality, fresh and local products. Mrs. Fabiola, in addition to being an excellent cook, won us over with her philosophy of simple but tasty dishes. A culinary experience to try. The rooms have everything one needs, spacious and very clean.

Recommended by friends, we met the fantastic structure, the owners, two unique, very kind, professional, helpful, attentive people. Try to go there and if you are lucky enough to find a place (highly sought after), you will be enchanted by the beautiful harmony that these people create, believe me and you will be thrilled.

We stayed here for 2 nights. A beautiful, lovingly furnished house, which is run by two very warm people with a lot of passion. A very clean facility, whether room, garden or pool. We thank you for this great quiet place to relax. If you're looking for a party, you're in the wrong place here.

If I could give one more star I would do so without hesitation.
The tranquility, the view, the beautiful structure with attention to every detail, the helpfulness of the owners, the breakfast with local and homemade products... Everything contributed to making five days on this farm a holiday to remember. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and peace, in an area of villages and hills waiting to be discovered but very close to the sea. From this year the possibility of being able to dine in the structure always with local products in a three-course menu.
Last but not least, you absolutely must try the oil they produce on the farm, you won't go home without taking at least one bottle. Agriturismo Collelago in the heart!

Beautiful farmhouse in the hills of the Marche with wonderful views... very good hospitality... varied breakfast and dinner with local products (recommended) welcoming room (recommend kettle and tea or coffee supplies) and an extra eye on customer service (above all regarding the bathroom products almost absent)...for the rest nothing to say

We stayed in a flat which was also equipped with a self catering kitchen. The flat was slightly too small for a family of 4 with the kitchen being used as a two single bedroom. But since we stayed very little inside our room this was of no concern.

We stayed at this property for a weekend in mid-October. The property is surrounded by the greenery and tranquility of the Sibillini Mountains, where nature reigns supreme. It is quaint and meticulously maintained, as are the rooms.
The cuisine is excellent, using fresh, authentic ingredients. Thanks to Augusto, the owner, a delightful person who gave us very helpful advice.

What can I say. Our family had a fabulous time at Valle Nuova. Giulia and Roberto were so hospitable, down to earth and full of helpful knowledge and contacts in the area.
The accommodation was just right. Very well equipped kitchen (I loved the green bowls), the decor was great and it felt just like home. If we could we'd be back annually but we live too far away!

This farmhouse is strategically located, just 15 minutes from mountain trails, Lake Fiastra, woods, and sensory paths. Stone rooms feature comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The pool, offering spectacular views, is a real bonus for a day of hiking. The owner, as noted in all the reviews, is a lovely person who offers excellent advice on nearby and distant excursions. The cuisine is traditional and locally sourced. From appetizers to first and second courses...everything is simple, but you'll always leave feeling satisfied. After dinner, spend time gazing at the stars and listening to the crickets chirping, a rare treat for those coming from the city.

This was a fantastic stay! Christian was a really fantastic host who took the extra mile to make your stay as perfect as possible. The house is very new, meaning all was in perfect state. The view was to dream for, the swimming pool was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of fresh, local, organic food. Just perfect and I loved the fresh honey. Christian also gave good advice on local restaurants and trips. Overall the place was very clean and well organized. Thanks also for sharing the Spotify playlist, we are still enjoying it. Christian, you were really made for this and if I could give an 11 I would have done this. Grazie! Jeroen

Posto immerso nella natura. Camere pulite all'arrivo, ma non è compreso nel prezzo pulizia giornaliera e cambio biancheria. Nelle camere non è presente tv, phone, e asciugarmi bidet.
Colazione un po' misera, ma soprattutto sempre le stesse cose, unico dolce al cioccolato presentato per tre giorni consecutivi !!!
Vi consiglio di mettere almeno un tostapane, non essendoci fette biscottate, per gustare le marmellate.
Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò più.

Truly beautiful, quiet farmhouse, among the greenery of the Marche countryside, near Potenza Picena (which I strongly invite you to visit), very close to Porto Recanati, Loreto, and other beautiful medieval villages. In short, in addition to the crystal clear sea, there is also the possibility of visiting the hinterland and even stopping to eat in some local restaurant at more than affordable prices.

A villa nestled in the hills of the Marche region overlooking Porto Recanati. All the main tourist attractions are within a quarter of an hour's drive. Gianni is a very kind and helpful person. A paradise I truly recommend to everyone.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place. I'll start with the thing I think could be improved: the room. It's very small, fine for a weekend, with a small closet with two hangers and no shelf. It's brand new and spotlessly clean, but small. We're former campers, so we adapt.
The pool is beautiful, with reserved loungers, and the delicious home-cooked food, along with their own wines, is a must-try.
My wife, Lucia, and I had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

We had a great time at Collelago! Beautiful surroundings, good pool and fine quality of beds. The rooms were a bit small. We also missed some products at breakfast such as fresh bread or something from meats. The products present were of good quality and Edda's own baked products were delicious!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed! Fabio was an incredible host. He made our family feel incredibly welcomed during our two week stay. The apartment was brand new, very clean, and very peaceful. Fabio allowed us to participate in several farm-based activities like harvesting grapes, where we met his extended family, and tasting honey directly from the honeycomb in his apiary. His cooking is also phenomenal! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Would highly recommend.

The location is very remote. The access road is quite steep and a bit difficult to drive, but if you opt for peace and quiet and a well-equipped and furnished apartment, then this is an excellent location.

Agriturismo davvero molto bello, si tratta di un borgo di mezzadri ristrutturato. La vista é splendida, non c'è traffico (arriva una sola strada e finisce all'agriturismo), e la piscina all'aperto é ottima per rinfrescarsi. I proprietari sono tanto cordiali quanto discreti, e sempre molto disponibili. Alla sera é possibile fare una grigliata davanti al proprio appartamento e mangiare all'aperto guardando il tramonto. Se cercate un posto dove staccare e rilassarvi é l'ideale!

Place and setting is idyllic but hospitality and room were minimal besides food was awful. Breakfast for those who are diabetic or on limited carbohydrate intake- only cold with chilled hard boiled eggs and few salumi like salami ham mortadella. Bread awful.

My wife and I were visiting Le Marche on the occasion of my friend's 60th birthday party. He and his wife had booked us here to stay for 5 nights. It also happened to be the grounds for his birthday bash. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will remember it for many years to come.k Agriturismo San Martino is a country villa AND working farm. This lends it an authenticity that is rare among vacation "resorts". Each suite is really an independent apartment with a full kitchen. We would advise that you stock up on some rudimentary food supplies before settling in so that you can prepare a nice leisurely breakfast and/or any other meals that you will want on site. I am a swimmer so naturally took advantage of their salt water pool each morning at 8am. I would advise to have a car at your disposal so that you'll have the independence to explore the region and inumerable local towns. The owners, Valeria and Alessadro, were very accomodating and always available for advise. Mountain bikes are at the ready for those seeking to attack the rolling hills surrounding. We made a point to take away a couple of liters ofbtheir own virgin olive oil to be reminded of this beatiful land upon our return to New York. Enjoy your stay!

Marche is the hidden gem of Italy. Although Tuscany gets all the press and marketing, Marche has the same but not the tourists and high prices, especially if you do not travel in August. Beautiful landscapes? Check. Historical hillside towns? Check. Beautiful big beaches? Double Check! And Valle Del Metauro is the perfect place to stay. Just at the foot of the Marche hills yet an easy drive to Fano, Pesaro and the beaches. The rooms are large, clean, quiet and well kept. The restaurant is great with friendly service. We had days when we just relaxed by the big pool and played on the large grassy area, but we also did excursions to San Marino or Urbino. We would highly recommend Valle Del Metauro and will rebook a room next time we are in Marche.

Arriving at San Martino is a surprise. First of all:thank you for the signs along the road, it's easy to find. When you are at the end of a road and at the top of a mountain there is this roadblock, only guests van come in, safe!! When you are passed this roadblock you look down and there is this wonderfull house with a Large pool in front of it and surrounded by this huge garden, soccerfield, herbs, flowers, lawns and more. You will probably be greeted and installed by Salvatore, a very kind and helping Italian who speaks very good German.
The apartments are all pretty large and Valeria, the co-owner, had filled them all with tastefull antiques from the Marche. You just let your suitcases fall and take a relaxing dive at the beautiful pool. If all the apartments are full there are 7 coupes or families, nevertheless If everyone was at the pool at the same time, there are still more than enough beds, chairs or privacy.
The owners Alessandro and Valeria are warm and nice people, they are there every morning at least and together with Salvatore they do everything to give you the time of your live.
The agriturismo is situated in a very quiet place where it's more than beautiful. However, in 15 minutes max you are at the beach. We loved to take the car and just drove around, all those very small and sleeping villages around San Martino. You wouldn't think you were in a touristic area so close to the sea. In the apartment is a little book with lots of information about restaurants and other useful places.
WE have been in so many places, all over the world, San Martino is in our top 3, we will definately return. Only a small note: it would be nice to have the internet working also inside the apartments, outside and at the the pool it's perfect and fast. And for the small apartments also a larger refridgerator. But other than that: just perfect.
The apartments are all pretty large and Valeria, the co-owner, had filled them all with tastefull antiques from the Marche. You just let your suitcases fall and take a relaxing dive at the beautiful pool. If all the apartments are full there are 7 coupes or families, nevertheless If everyone was at the pool at the same time, there are still more than enough beds, chairs or privacy.
The owners Alessandro and Valeria are warm and nice people, they are there every morning at least and together with Salvatore they do everything to give you the time of your live.
The agriturismo is situated in a very quiet place where it's more than beautiful. However, in 15 minutes max you are at the beach. We loved to take the car and just drove around, all those very small and sleeping villages around San Martino. You wouldn't think you were in a touristic area so close to the sea. In the apartment is a little book with lots of information about restaurants and other useful places.
WE have been in so many places, all over the world, San Martino is in our top 3, we will definately return.
