Ascoli Piceno > Montedinove > Agriturismo Oasi Biologica
Ascoli Piceno > Castignano > Agriturismo Fiorenire
Ascoli Piceno > Castignano > Agriturismo San Filippo Neri
- Lago di Pilato, uno dei luoghi simbolo del Parco;
- Gole dell’Infernaccio, spettacolari gole naturali attraversate dal fiume Tenna;
- Monte Vettore, la cima più alta dei Sibillini;
- Piana di Castelluccio, particolarmente famosa durante la fioritura estiva;
- Forca di Presta, uno dei punti panoramici più belli del territorio;
- Monte Sibilla, legato a una delle più affascinanti leggende dell’Appennino;
- Sarnano, con il suo centro storico e i dintorni montani;
- Amandola, porta d’accesso al versante orientale del Parco;
- Montefortino, borgo storico ai piedi dei Sibillini;

You arrive as guests... and leave wanting to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

Benedetta e Claudio.

The room is spacious and well furbished and the pool area is great especially with younger children. Next door is his brother's winery where we enjoyed a tasting and warm hospitality. They've done a great job refurbishing the old stone buildings and the views are beautiful across the countryside. There are even a few resident hoopoes!
Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing place to stay with moments of connection with local people, I can't recommend it enough!

The only "weak point" was the distance between our apartment and the property's pool.

Every dinner was a discovery: garden and local produce, treated with respect and skill, becomes simple yet extraordinary dishes. Tradition arrives on the table in an explosion of flavors and aromas, reflecting the sun and the land from which they come.
The pool, with all its amenities, makes even the days when you decide to slow down and enjoy some healthy relaxation without leaving the farmhouse a truly enjoyable experience.
But what makes I Mori truly special is the hospitality: Pacifico, Fabiola, and the entire staff welcome you with sincere warmth, making you feel not just a guest, but part of their home. Every gesture, every word, conveys passion and love for what they do.
At Ai Mori, you don't just stay: you immerse yourself in an authentic experience, filled with nature, good food, and genuine relationships. A place that stays in your heart, a memory of something truly unforgettable.

Very close to Urbino
We thank Giulia for her hospitality and offer our compliments for the quality of her agriturismo.

Superlative food!
The owners were wonderful and very attentive to our every request.
Near Lake Fiastra and many other beautiful places. Thank you for everything.

The building is also beautiful, although the room needs updating and refreshing.

I recommend it.
I forgot, Pacifico was fascinated by observing some celestial objects with my telescope... see you next time, I Mori

There was one incident, however, that disappointed me a little. One day, my mother, who was nearby, expressed a desire to join me for breakfast. The owners agreed without raising any objections or providing any information about the cost. Only upon checkout did I find myself charged €25 for her breakfast, without having been informed in advance. Considering I had been staying there for a week, I would have expected a gesture of courtesy or at least transparent communication. This detail was somewhat jarring in an otherwise truly pleasant stay.
In any case, it remains a beautiful place to return to, perhaps with greater attention to these small but important aspects of hospitality.

The owners were very helpful and kind.
The apartment was very nice, welcoming, and comfortable.
Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

Furthermore, the inn has a beautiful pool and a huge park, making it ideal for visiting the beautiful historic towns nearby (URBINO, GUBBIO, FOSSOMBRONE, URBANIA, etc.).
I personally recommend this experience to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and the good cuisine that the Marche region has to offer.
A special thanks to Mrs. Giulia and Mr. Roberto for their hospitality.

Beautiful, large swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, and soccer courts.
The grounds are very well-maintained with beautiful plants and views.
The apartments are very well-equipped.
The owner is very helpful.
It was a shame to leave....

Abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento Sole Luna.
Vista impagabile: albe e tramonti mozzafiato.
Riassumendo: CONSIGLIATO!!!

Feedback

With passion and enthusiasm and love for others, they have created a corner of heaven on earth. A fantastic place surrounded by so much beauty, food that also fills your heart, in the company of very kind people and staff.
Go visit them, stay a few days in their company, you will return happy and relaxed.
Thanks again for everything.

Excellent and truly "organic" cuisine, prepared by Mrs. Fabiola. Every evening appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, excellent wines of their production. The owner, Mr. Pacifico, is a person of the utmost cordiality and sympathy.
Environment immersed in the quiet of the Marche hills, 10 minutes by car from Cingoli; "the balcony of the Marche".
There is a beautiful swimming pool with a small bar attached.
For those looking for quiet, excellent cuisine and human relationship you must not miss this experience!!!!

You eat very well but the real strength is Augusto the owner.

Edda and Christian have created a fantastic place with a lot of love.
Thank you for the many tips and the delicious private dinner that Edda conjured up!

Super quiet, you only hear the birds and the insects and so nice to relax.
The view is really beautiful between the hills.
The apartment was fully equipped and was clean.
There was a very large terrace which was perfect for the dog .... and for us of course.
Eric and Nanja are very hospitable and do everything they can to make you feel at home.
The garden looks very nice and is equipped with various seating areas and swimming pools.
All in all a very positive holiday.
Thank you, Michel and Sylvia

We stayed in an apartment with two cozy bedrooms and a superbly equipped kitchen. You immediately notice the attention to detail in the furnishings – we felt at home from the very first moment.
Giulia, the hostess, is very warm, uncomplicated, and always helpful. We and our cat felt completely comfortable and welcome. If you're looking for peace, nature, and a personal atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Very nice and communicative service, as well as cheerful and helpful.
Really great place to go with family, but also friends!

We are here for 12 days and are enjoying it immensely! The apartment is nice, washing machine and dishwasher available. Very spacious bathroom and lovely bed. A beautiful swimming pool within 10 steps. In front of and behind the apartment there is an opportunity to sit and there are also various seating areas in the large garden. The grounds are neatly maintained with many facilities for the children. It is nice that it is also centrally located with respect to the beach and towns, within 11 minutes you are at the beach by car, 25 minutes walk and you are in the village for groceries, coffee or something to eat. This walk is also very beautiful.
They are also very environmentally conscious, they have a tap with filtered water, there are glass bottles that you can fill unlimitedly. That saves a lot of plastic waste.
Finally: The hostess Valeria is very warm and helps you where necessary, the rest of the staff is also very friendly. This is a real holiday!

We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

They also produce amazing oil!
Highly recommended.
Well done Edda and Christian!

We were happy because it was quiet and being a family with 3 children it was super both for the green spaces, the wonderful swimming pool and the owners with very hospitable staff.
Structure with attention to detail.
Sweet and savory breakfast suitable for a B&B.
Accessible for animals
Fair prices.
I would stay here again and recommend it

Giulia was an amazing host-so helpful, welcoming and responding so promptly all the time. Before our arrival she even stocked up the fridge with groceries and homemade jam and juice, so that we could enjoy our first meals without us having to pay the supermarket a visit right away.
The Casina was clean and especially the kitchen very well equipped with any utensils one could need for cooking.
For us Locanda della Valle Nuova was a good starting point for both hiking tours and trips for example to Urbino (a must!), Fabriano (in the paper museum there is a guide who even does tours in German) and to Grotte di Frasassi (highly recommending both sites).
We keep our stay at Casina dei Cavalli in best memory and will be happy to come back one day as we really fell in love with Le Marche and of course with Giorgio, the cat that visited us daily for pats and purrs!

Ansonsten ist Selbstversorgung angesagt, was kein Problem darstellt.

And here I am, after 4 wonderful days at Valle Nuova, I myself do not hesitate to give it the highest praise possible.
The reasons are many: comfort and quality of the apartment (e.g. kitchen utensils are well-assorted and convince you that you actually can cook a decent meal - from my experience, not a given thing in most rented places); the care that Giulia has put into every detail (and colour theme) of the interior; the quiet beauty of the farm and surrounding hills; the alertness of the hosts to your needs and wishes.
Still, what has turned our stay from a very nice to a memorable one are the features you will not find listed among the property's "facilities" or on the published pictures. It is Giulia's generosity of spirit towards her guests, Roberto's high standards and passion for cooking, and their general human kindness to people, animals and environment around them that we will have fond memories of long after we leave Marche (next to truffle hunting, pasta making, and osso buco 🙃 ).

Augusto is an excellent promoter of the area, listen to his advice😜
I highly recommend it!!!!!!

his mother were always very kind.
The apartment was well-equipped and convenient for reaching the beautiful beaches of Conero!
Highly recommended!

Accoglienza puntuale e cordiale, molto attenta. Vista, posizione, tranquillità! La piscina è una chicca. Gli animali sembrano davvero curati. Colazione ottima, genuina e varia, con tanti prodotti auto prodotti

The landscape surrounding the property is an oasis of peace and tranquility. All you can hear is the constant chirping of locals throughout the day. The farmhouse is nestled among olive and fruit trees.

Highly recommended.

Be it your morning breakfast, your delicious dinner and the entire Callelago, which is looked after and cared for with so much love, joy and mindfulness
We're already looking forward to seeing each other again next year????

If we come to the Marche again and need a room, we would be happy to come by.
Thank you again and all the best!!

The tranquility, the view, the beautiful structure with attention to every detail, the helpfulness of the owners, the breakfast with local and homemade products... Everything contributed to making five days on this farm a holiday to remember. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and peace, in an area of villages and hills waiting to be discovered but very close to the sea. From this year the possibility of being able to dine in the structure always with local products in a three-course menu.
Last but not least, you absolutely must try the oil they produce on the farm, you won't go home without taking at least one bottle. Agriturismo Collelago in the heart!

Edda and Cristian simply wonderful.
They are in love with their corner of paradise and they also pour this love onto their guests, who do not miss anything. You are cared for and pampered from the moment you cross the gate on arrival to when, unfortunately, you cross it to go home but with the certainty of returning.
Thank you, see you soon!
Manuela and Alessandro

The cuisine is excellent, using fresh, authentic ingredients. Thanks to Augusto, the owner, a delightful person who gave us very helpful advice.
We'll be back to try the pool!

The accommodation was just right. Very well equipped kitchen (I loved the green bowls), the decor was great and it felt just like home. If we could we'd be back annually but we live too far away!

Christian and Edda (the owners) are incredible people. They run the whole place almost by themselves
The place is right next to their own Olive-garden, which produces some of the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted.
It’s in a wonderful location not far from some beautiful cities and locations around Le Marche.
Comfy and Cosy rooms on a beautiful compound.
Thank you for a splendid stay!

The top apartment, nothing is missing ... everything is very well-kept and clean. Although there is no TV, the children had a lot of fun playing with many board games made available by the owner and in the delightful mini pool size for children
Compliments to Erik for everything! Thank you so much 😊 Fam Toma

...surrounded by greenery and the silence we were looking for.
The rooms are well-kept. Fabio and Alessia welcomed us warmly and immediately made us feel at home.
The breakfast was good and varied.
Highly recommended.

The pool is beautiful, with reserved loungers, and the delicious home-cooked food, along with their own wines, is a must-try.
My wife, Lucia, and I had a wonderful time and will gladly return.
We send a big hug to Fabio and Alessia for their upcoming wedding. Thank you for everything.
...

Edda & Christian have given great tips for eating out in the region!

The property's location is strategic for visiting the villages of the Ascoli Piceno province and enjoying the sea, just a 25-minute drive away.
The recently renovated apartment is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities.
We spent a pleasant holiday at this wonderful farmhouse, in the company of Fabio and Alessia, the owners, who pampered us and made our stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality.
We will definitely be back!
Thank you again, Alessandra and Andrea

Compliments to the hostess and husband. They complete the picture.

The apartments are all pretty large and Valeria, the co-owner, had filled them all with tastefull antiques from the Marche. You just let your suitcases fall and take a relaxing dive at the beautiful pool. If all the apartments are full there are 7 coupes or families, nevertheless If everyone was at the pool at the same time, there are still more than enough beds, chairs or privacy.
The owners Alessandro and Valeria are warm and nice people, they are there every morning at least and together with Salvatore they do everything to give you the time of your live.
The agriturismo is situated in a very quiet place where it's more than beautiful. However, in 15 minutes max you are at the beach. We loved to take the car and just drove around, all those very small and sleeping villages around San Martino. You wouldn't think you were in a touristic area so close to the sea. In the apartment is a little book with lots of information about restaurants and other useful places.
WE have been in so many places, all over the world, San Martino is in our top 3, we will definately return. Only a small note: it would be nice to have the internet working also inside the apartments, outside and at the the pool it's perfect and fast. And for the small apartments also a larger refridgerator. But other than that: just perfect.
